Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Teams subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card is required to start a trial. After 14 days, you'll be prompted to subscribe or you'll automatically revert to the Free plan.
Do you offer discounts for students or charities?
Yes — we offer 50% off Pro for verified students and registered charities. Email us at hello@cheqr.app with proof of eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfer is available for Teams annual plans.
Is VAT included in the pricing?
Prices shown exclude VAT. UK users will be charged VAT at the applicable rate. Your invoice will clearly show the VAT breakdown.
